Ephemera

Pair of original unused Bank of Boulder checks from Boulder, Montana, featuring ornate reddish-brown lettering, a decorative crescent-and-arrow design, and the bank’s circular seal.

Both checks have a preprinted “191_” date line, indicating forms intended for use during the 1910s. The central seal reads “Bank of Boulder, Montana” and “Established 1888.” Neither check has been completed, signed, or canceled, leaving the decorative printing unobstructed.

An attractive matching pair of early Montana banking documents, suited to collections of Western Americana, financial history, and antique commercial design.

Quantity: Two unused checks.

Dimensions: Each approximately 6.5 × 2.75 inches.

Condition: Very Good overall antique condition. Light age toning, minor handling creases, scattered small surface marks, and slight edge and corner wear. Original checkbook separation edges remain visible along the left sides. Both backs are blank, with no endorsements or cancellation marks.

Please review all photographs for condition and details.
