Gold bullion naval sleeve insignia provisionally attributed to the German Kriegsmarine coastal-artillery NCO pattern. The design features a prominent anchor with stylized wing-like and radiating elements, worked in raised gold-colored metal-thread embroidery against dark navy cloth. A matching bullion cord border frames the patch.
The detailed embroidery gives the piece a striking dimensional appearance, with appeal for collectors of naval insignia and bullion needlework. The reverse retains a stiffened brown paper/fiber protective backing.
Measures approximately 2⅜ inches wide × 2½ inches tall (60 × 64 mm).
