Genealogy, colonial American history, and early New England family research. James Savage’s A Genealogical Dictionary of the First Settlers of New England documents the first three generations of settlers who arrived before May 1692. Entries provide family names, locations, marriages, births, deaths, children, and other biographical details, making this a major reference for tracing colonial New England ancestry.
